Parcel Shipment Service to Harare

Atlantis operates alongside its full container service, a regular parcel service for cartons, barrels & items of furniture, fridges TVs etc.

Transit time from date of shipment to its arrival in Harare is 5 to 6 weeks with each container able to be tracked up to its arrival in Harare. Shipments costs are based on volume but no individual package should exceed 80 kgs.

We will supply & deliver our export cartons free of charge, carton dimensions: 48 x 48 x 50 cm

There will be a minimum shipping charge based on 1 barrel or 3 export cartons.

Payments can be made by installments with 50% paid prior to shipment & the balance payable before the consignments arrival in Zimbabwe.

The shipments cost cover collection, UK handling charges & shipping to Harare, there will be an additional charge for customs clearance , handling charges & delivery in Zimbabwe which are normally paid at destination but can be prepaid in the UK if required.

For clearance purposes in Zimbabwe we will require a completed packing list (pdf), & a customs forms completed locally by the receiver. Any taxes/duties if applicable will be charged locally in Zimbabwe.

Airfreight & Courier Service

We operate a weekly airfreight service into Harare. We will require a completed packing list (pdf). Restrictions apply to what may travel by airfreight, please see Airfreight Restrictions (pdf)

For documents & shipments that require a door to door delivery we operate a courier service with transit time of 3 to 4 days, duties & taxes if applicable will be paid at destination.

Vehicles

Cars & small vans can be shipped in our groupage service to Harare customs depot or on our monthly car carrying service to Durban. We can arrange onward transportation up to Beitbridge & collections can be arranged throughout the UK. We will require a copy of the vehicle registration document with a deposit at time of collection with the balance payable before shipment.
