Container Services

Atlantis operates alongside its full container service, a regular shared container service to Kolkata, India for cartons, items of furniture, fridges, TVs etc.

Transit time from date of shipment to its arrival in India is 5 to 6 weeks with each container able to be tracked up to its arrival in India. Containers arrive via several ports in India and are then can be sent through to your residence.

There will be a minimum shipping charge based on 1 cubic meter.

Payments can be made by installments with 50% paid prior to shipment & the balance payable before the consignments arrival in India.

The shipments cost cover collection, UK handling charges & shipping to Kolkata, India, there will be an additional charge for customs clearance , handling charges & delivery in India which are paid at destination but can be prepaid in the UK.

For clearance purposes in India we will require a completed packing list & a customs forms completed locally by the receiver. Any taxes/duties if applicable will be charged locally in India.
